John MacDonald Insurance came into existence August of 2002. We decided after 12 years in the industry that it was time to change a few things.
Our goal was to work on a referral only basis. This has proven to be quite successful. Our client base stays on the books and we have a rather conservative loss ratio with our carriers. Our client is not a first time caller shopping for price.
We are able to have intelligent, informative conversations with our clients regarding what is in their best interest. Because we come so highly recommended, the client is able to place trust in us from the onset of our relationship. Because we are fiercely loyal to our carriers as well as our clients, we do not have the "adverse selection" situation common to so many brokers chasing that internet lead or the first time caller.
We have forged many strong relations with a select group of DUI attorneys as well as other court-based programs who have a core, referral base themselves and are very protective of who they allow in their "circle" as they, to, rely on the continued relations and referrals of current clientele. I'm proud to say we have made the grade and then some.
Because we have proven ourselves time and again, we have been invited to participate in the growth and prosperity of so many of these established companies that have taken us into their folds. After three years in business, we can boast a book of nearly twelve thousand satisfied clients. As the years pass, we look forward to the growth of our book and many new long and lasting relationships.
